This pet urn, with its simple, contemporary design, blends harmoniously into any environment, offering a silent and meaningful presence.
The urn is made of high-quality matte PLA by Bambu Lab, 3D printed with meticulous attention to detail. Despite being a thermoplastic material, it doesn't have the typical feel of plastic: the surface is silky, almost velvety, with a slight, pleasant roughness that enhances its appearance and perceived quality.
All colors from the Bambu Lab catalog are available. If you want a specific color not included in the standard ones, simply select "Other" in the color selection and indicate the desired color from the Bambu Lab catalog. This option has an additional cost of €25.
For those who choose the customization option, the 3D design is manually modified: each individual letter is reworked by carefully smoothing all the segments, thus improving the print quality, the definition of details and the final result, making each urn unique and cared for down to the last detail.

Shipping and return conditions
We ship our products worldwide with careful packaging designed to protect each urn during transport. Once production is complete, your order is handed over to the courier, and you will receive a tracking code to follow your shipment until delivery.
Preparation times may vary because many of our urns are made to order. Custom urns require a dedicated design and production process before shipping.
Since each personalized urn is made specifically for the customer, returns or refunds are not possible on personalized items , except for any damage or defects found upon delivery.
For non-personalized urns , you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order . The product must be returned intact, unused, and in its original packaging , in the same condition in which it was received.
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will process the refund according to the established procedures. Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If the product arrives damaged during transport , please contact us as soon as possible, attaching photographs of the packaging and the item received, so that we can quickly find a solution.
