REFUND POLICY
Customized products
Personalized urns are made to order and based on the customer's specific instructions. Therefore, these items cannot be refunded or returned, except in the case of obvious defects or damage found upon delivery and properly documented.
Non-personalized products
For non-personalized urns, a refund can be requested within 14 days of receipt. The product must be returned intact, unused, and in its original condition. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Refunds will be issued only after the returned product has been inspected for damage.
Damage and assistance
If your product is damaged during shipping or defective, please contact us promptly, providing photographs of the product and packaging. Once we have verified your complaint, we will find the most appropriate solution as quickly as possible.
