Conditions of purchase
By placing an order on Weenielab Design, the customer acknowledges that many of the products on the site are not industrially produced items ready for shipment, but rather objects crafted using a dedicated, meticulous, and accurate production process. Each urn is the result of a design, preparation, and finishing process that requires variable lead times based on the chosen material, the level of customization required, and the complexity of the process. For this reason, production times at this stage are approximately seven days for 3D-printed PLA urns and approximately two weeks for ceramic urns, which require a longer and more complex artisanal process. Ceramic urns are handcrafted through a process that includes modeling, initial firing at high temperatures, coloring, a second firing, optional customization, and a final re-firing, ensuring the highest level of quality, durability, and aesthetic appeal.
Personalized urns are produced based on the customer's specifications, including any writing, names, details, or color preferences. For this reason, it is the customer's responsibility to carefully verify the accuracy of the information entered before confirming the order. Once production begins, especially for personalized products, it will no longer be possible to request substantial changes, cancellations, or interruptions to the production process. Each piece may have slight differences compared to other pieces of the same model: this is not a defect, but a characteristic of the product, resulting from artisanal or semi-artisanal workmanship and production processes that make each urn unique.
Returns and Refunds
Personalized urns are made specifically to the customer's request and, due to their bespoke nature, are not eligible for returns or refunds under any circumstances, except for any obvious damage or defects found upon delivery and properly documented. Personalization makes the product unique and unresaleable, which is why, once the order is confirmed and production begins, the customer expressly accepts that the right of withdrawal on the personalized product is non-existent.
For non-personalized urns, returns are possible within 14 days of receiving the product, provided that the item is returned intact, unused, undamaged, and preferably in its original packaging or in suitable packaging to ensure its protection during return shipping. Return shipping must be paid for by the sender, i.e., the customer. Refunds will only be issued after receiving the product and verifying its condition. If the returned item shows breakages, damage, signs of use, or conditions incompatible with resale, the refund may be refused or reduced in proportion to the damage found.
If the customer receives a product damaged during shipping, please contact Weenielab Design as soon as possible, providing clear photographs of the product, the external packaging, and any damage. This allows us to properly assess the problem and intervene quickly, seeking the most appropriate solution on a case-by-case basis.
Responsibility, shipping and assistance
Weenielab Design strives to describe its products, materials used, available finishes, and average production and shipping times as accurately as possible. However, since these objects are handcrafted, using complex technical processes and, in many cases, individually customized, any slight variations in tone, texture, color rendering, arrangement of details, or surface finish should not be considered defects, but rather characteristics inherent to the uniqueness of the product. This is particularly true for ceramic urns, which may exhibit small differences due to manual processing, painting, glazing, and high-temperature firing, and for PLA urns, whose final result may vary slightly depending on the chosen filament and the specifics of 3D printing.
Weenielab Design cannot be held responsible for delays due to causes beyond its control, such as courier delays, logistics blockages, customs inspections, weather events, strikes, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond its control. It is understood that we will always do our utmost to carefully monitor each shipment and assist the customer if necessary. Shipments are organized with the utmost care, as is packaging, to ensure that each urn arrives in the best possible condition.
