Production and preparation
At Weenielab Design, each product is carefully crafted, often to order, using high-quality 3D printing or handcrafted ceramics. Production times may vary depending on the level of customization and the type of urn chosen. Once completed, the order is prepared for shipping.
Shipping and delivery
We ship worldwide via reliable couriers, with trackable delivery. Shipping costs are approximately €6 to Italy, €9 within the European Union, €20 to the rest of Europe, and €45 worldwide. Shipments within Europe are handled by BRT/DPD, while for international shipments we use FedEx or UPS. Once your order is prepared, average international delivery times are approximately 4-5 business days, barring any delays due to logistics or customs. For shipments outside the European Union, any local duties or taxes are the customer's responsibility.
Packaging and assistance
Each urn is packaged with great care to ensure its integrity during transport. If you notice any damage or anomalies upon delivery, please contact us promptly, attaching photographs of the packaging and the product received, so we can respond quickly and find a suitable solution.
